The Twin Lake Dams Reconstruction Project is an essential infrastructure initiative focused on enhancing public safety, environmental resilience, and long-term stormwater management in one of the community’s most scenic and ecologically sensitive areas

Conti will perform the construction of this project which consists of draining two existing lakes, breaching the earthen embankments, installing temporary bypass pipes and diversion channels; constructing new concrete riser and box outlet structures, low flow drain inlets, trash racks, and outlet protection; backfilling and raising the existing earthen embankments up to 3 feet; restoring approximately 280 feet of stream; installing a 370 feet regenerative stormwater conveyance outfall channel; grading and paving approximately 2,800 feet of greenway and associated appurtenances.
