Brentwood Elementary – Site Package

The construction of the new The Brentwood Elementary School project in Raleigh represents a significant investment in the long-term strength and well-being of the surrounding community, delivering a modern, safe, and welcoming learning environment for current and future generations of students.

Conti is performing turnkey sitework including a cast-in-place retaining wall will be constructed along the east side of the property, and new storm drainage, water, and sewer infrastructure will be installed. The project will conclude with permanent aggregate base, curbs, sidewalks, and asphalt paving, along with final pavement markings and signage to safely guide vehicle and pedestrian traffic through the completed site.
